Specialisation

As a candidate civil-law notary at Ploum, Annabel focuses in particular on Dutch corporate law. As such, Annabel advises and assists clients with regard to, inter alia, national and international restructuring, incorporating company structures, setting up of joint ventures, acquisitions and the establishment of rights in rem and she drafts the required (notarial) documents for the implementation thereof.

Background

After her graduation in 2021, Annabel joined Ploum as a candidate civil law notary. In 2024, Annabel completed the post graduate notarial education (beroepsopleiding notariaat) and started the Grotius specialisation Course “Company and Corporate law”.
