Lianne advises and assists clients especially with regard to commercial and private real estate, including the transfer of real estate properties and the establishment of rights.
Lianne graduated in 2016 from the University of Groningen with a specialisation in notarial law. After her graduation she gained experience at various notary firms. In 2021 she has managed to complete the vocational education for candidate civil-law notaries, so she is now authorized to act as a substitute of the civil-law notary. Early 2022, she joined the notarial department of Ploum. In 2023, Lianne completed the Grotius specialization course "Real Estate" with honors.
