Real Estate Logistics Real Estate Start-up and Scale-upRenée has extensive experience in dealing with complex tenancy and real estate matters, in which she advises lessors and lessees of business premises, retailers, real estate investors, asset and property managers, franchise organizations and other companies.
Renée has also experience with advising and litigating in complex commercial matters. As a result, Renée has extensive knowledge of the civil litigation practice and all related (legal) aspects thereto.
During her studies at Leiden University, Renée participated in several extracurricular programs, such as the Honours College Law program. Furthermore, Renee studied a semester at Renmin University in Beijing where Renée studied the Chinese language and several topics on Chinese law.
Since Renée also obtained a bachelor’s degree in real estate studies, Renée has practical knowledge of the real estate industry.
Renée van Hoof has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):
Based on this registration, Renée van Hoof is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
