Vincent specializes in insolvency law and corporate law. He advises directors, companies and shareholders on liability and the implementation of the restructuring of a business in view of its financial problems. Besides that, he often represents bankruptcy trustees, lawyers, notaries and accountants in professional liability proceedings. Vincent also acts as a court-appointed trustee.

Vincent (1981) became an attorney at law in 2006 after his study Financial Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2013 he completed the postgraduate course Bankruptcy Law at the Grotius Academy.
