Stan is a civil law notary and specialises in corporate law. He advises on finance and security transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as on (re)structurings and joint ventures. Stan is a member of the Care Team.

Stan also has experience in the field of real estate, and works inter alia for clients in the oil sector.

Background

Stan (1968) graduated in 1992 from the University of Leiden. Stan started at De Brauw Blacktone Westbroek in Rotterdam, before joining Ploum in 2001. He was appointed as a civil law notary in 2003. Stan was Chairman of the Rotterdam department of the Royal Notary Association (KNB) and holds several secondary posts in the Rotterdam area.
