As a candidate civil-law notary at Ploum, Tessa focuses in particular on Dutch corporate law. As such, Tessa advises and assists clients with regard to, inter alia, national and international restructuring, incorporating company structures, setting up of joint ventures and acquisitions and she drafts the required (notarial) documents for the implementation thereof.
Tessa graduated in 2016 from the University of Leiden with a specialisation in notarial law. After her graduation, she became a candidate civil-law notary at HVG Law in Rotterdam. In 2018, she joined the notarial department of Ploum. As of 2020, she is authorised to act as a substitute of the civil-law notary. In 2021, Tessa successfully completed the Grotius specialisation Course “Company and Corporate law”.
