MORRENsystems acquires GroenLeven’s solar carport operations

MORRENsystems, formerly known as MORRENsolar and famous for its high-quality solar carports, will continue GroenLeven's solar carport business with a strong focus on innovation and customised solutions for sustainable substructures.

The acquisition enables GroenLeven to fully concentrate on its core business: large-scale solar parks, batteries and wind energy. At the same time, MORRENsystems can specialise in smart solutions and subconstructions for carports, further strengthening both companies' position in the energy transition.
