Sif, a Dutch manufacturer of offshore foundations for wind turbines and oil and gas platforms, has acquired KCI the engineers B.V. from Royal IHC, a Dutch supplier of equipment, vessels and services for the offshore, dredging and wet mining markets.
KCI is a Dutch engineering firm providing full design, engineering and consultancy services to the oil & gas, renewables and leisure industry.
Ploum's team consisted of Corporate M&A partner Tom Ensink and M&A lawyer Sophie de Clercq, who were assisted by Michelle Westhoeve (employment, NOW subsidy), Simone Overbeeke and Jacob Henriquez (construction, projects), Madelon Zweep and Natalie Vloemans (insurance and liability) and Paul Trapman (IP, IT).
