Ploum advises Fagron on its acquisition of Curaphar

Fagron N.V., supplier of custom medication for pharmacists and hospitals and listed on Euronext Brussels and Amsterdam, has acquired Curaphar B.V., a company specialized in creating patient-friendly ways to administer pharmaceutical drugs.

Fagron was advised on its acquisition of Curaphar by Geert de Nijs and Sophie de Clercq.
