• Trade and Logistics: drafting and reviewing international purchase agreements, transport and other logistics contracts and conditions as well as advice and legal assistance on liability issues in international trade and logistics, including cargo claims.
• IT & security: drafting and negotiating contracts for IT processes to contribute to seamless logistics processes whose secure logistics data is available to authorised parties in real time.
• Procurement law: advising and, where necessary, litigating on transport and logistics contracts to be awarded by the government and other contracting authorities through a tendering procedure.
• Competition law: from advice on competition law aspects to guidance on "dawn raids" by the authorities.
• Contracts: drafting and assessing commercial contracts.
• Procedures: guidance and representation in proceedings and arbitrations.
• Tenancy law: advising and litigating (such as on defects and lease terminations) on tenancy agreements. Among other things, for logistics property and other (office) buildings and sites in the port area and beyond. For example, last year we advised an airport on an extensive renovation and litigated on an unjustified lease termination for a ship repair company.
• Notarial: establishment of companies, transfer of shares, amendments to the articles of association, legalisations, proxies.
