Daan works at the Customs, Trade & Logistics department at Ploum, where he advises clients on matters with regards to customs law as well as international trade and transport law. He is also part of the Food safety and product compliance practice.
Daan graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam where he obtained a master’s degree in Corporate law. During his studies Daan has interned at multiple Dutch law firms, has been a fulltime board member of a student association and gave exam training courses for fellow law students as a teacher.
As a former teacher, Daan derives energy from converting complex matter into clear, pragmatic solutions for clients.
