Atlas Copco AB, a Swedish manufacturer of industrial systems, has acquired Geveke B.V., a Dutch distributor and engineering company that distributes compressors and pump installations, from Nikkiso Co., Ltd, a Japanese industrial company. Atlas Copco is a leading international industrial company and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Through this acquisition Atlas Copco is building its presence and technology offering within positive displacement pumps.
As of August 1, 2022, the takeover of Geveke by Atlas Copco has been realized and the transfer of shares has taken place. Geveke operates as an independent company within the Power & Flow division of the Atlas Copco Group.
Atlas Copco was advised on its acquisition of Geveke by Albert Wiggers and Stan Commissaris.
