Ploum advised Vital Concept SAS on the acquisition of BTN de Haas.

Vital Concept SAS is a subsidiary of the French listed company Winfarm. Winfarm is specialized in the distance selling of agricultural products for breeders, farmers, horse specialists and green space professionals.. BTN de Haas is the go-to Dutch (online) wholesaler for farmers.

The acquisition gives Winfarm a gateway to the Dutch market. The acquisition is in line with their ambition to expand the business in Europe.
