On 22 June 2023, investment firm Value Enhancement Partners took a majority stake in Upforce. Value Enhancement Partners acquired the shares and management from Dutch investor FIELDS Group. FIELDS Group had been actively involved in Upforce since 2018. Upforce is a Dutch staffing agency which focuses on international flex workers with a focus on food production, logistics and technical jobs.
FIELDS Group was legally advised in this transaction by Nick Hessels and Alette Brehm.
