In collaboration with Arpentus Corporate Finance, Nick Hessels and Alette Brehm assisted Van Frankenhuyzen Beheer B.V. with the sale of its shares in Industrie-Slijperij A.J. van Frankenhuyzen B.V. to Meyco Netherlands Holding B.V.
Industrie-Slijperij A.J. van Frankenhuyzen B.V is a high-tech industrial grinding company that is highly specialized in the development and production of machining tools. Especially for ultra-hard cutting edges.
Meyco Netherlands Holding B.V. is a subsidiary of the Swiss company Meyco Holding AG. Meyco is a leading manufacturer of high-quality, high-precision diamond tools.
With this acquisition deal, the Swiss Meyco Holding AG strengthens its market position in Europe in terms of precision tools.
