Ploum assists ZGT Vastgoed in sale of ‘t Venderink to Apollo Healthcare Property Fund, in close collaboration with JLL

t Venderink, located at Boerhaavelaan 59 in Hengelo and immediately adjacent to ZGT's Hengelo hospital site at Gezondheidspark Hengelo, comprises a high-quality medical centre of 6,920 m² in total, with 79 parking spaces. The centre includes, in addition to office and ancillary space, a significant amount of high-quality laboratory space (ML-2 and BSL-3). The building was completed in 2013, has an energy label A and has been leased for many years to LabMicTa, LabPon and the Dialysis + Obesity Centre. Health Park Hengelo is fully dedicated to healthcare and science and houses, among others, ZGT, De Brug health centre and various laboratories.

ZGT Vastgoed was legally advised in this transaction by Ploum and commercially by JLL. Apollo Healthcare Property Fund was legally advised by Schaap Advocaten Notarissen, commercially by Triatact, technically by MVGM and the valuation was done by Capital Value.
