Rhein Invest, a Dutch-German investment company, has acquired a majority stake in Cobeco Pharma, Dutch private label manufacturer that markets pharmaceutical, cosmetic, personal care and hygiene products for the intimate wellness industry.
With the sale to Rhein Invest and the new management team, Cobeco Pharma plans to take the next step and expand in Europe. Rhein Invest's experience with internationalization and organizational development will contribute to the realization of a larger European market share.
The seller of Cobeco Pharma was legally advised in this transaction by Nick Hessels and Alette Brehm.
