Vering International acquires majority stake in Lengkeek

On Thursday, September 15, majority of the shares in Lengkeek BV were acquired by Vering International, part of the French Adenes group. Lengkeek is a Dutch company specialized in damage expertise, appraisals, valuation, (risk) inspections and architectural surveys. The acquisition is the next step in the formation of Vering International's European platform.

Albert Wiggers provided legal advice to Lengkeek in this transaction. The notarial team led by Stan Commissaris oversaw the share delivery.
